Tank Shell
Steel Bolted Panels are designed and tested to meet American Water Works Association Standards (AWWA D103-87). Each steel sheet is approximately 1.2m by 2.4m (4ft by 8 ft), with thickness ranging from 2.5mm to above 8mm depending on water tank dimensions.
Tank Coating
Steel Panels are designed and tested to BS4360/JIS3101 Grade SS400 and Hot Deep Galvanized (HDG) to BS729-High standards for corrosion protection made in accordance to SPAN & JBA standards, providing equivalent solutions to conventional Reinforced Concrete(RC) Tanks, Glass-Fused Tanks, Epoxy-Coated Tanks, Lipp-System Tanks etc.
Liquid Containment
Brand new method of containment with the usage of a monolithic High- Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Wall Lining, Polyurea Coatings, and other containment solutions, avoiding contact between substrate and tank panels, significantly increasing tank lifespan.
Maintenance
Designed to provide maintenance free water storage tanks, where periodic maintenance is not required. A 10-Year Manufacturer Warranty comes with every water tank installed.

Proven concept used which are carried from countries with some of the harshest climates ie. Middle East, Australia.
Flexibility
Allowing for present water storage requirement, as well as possibility to allow for increased capacity via height increase etc. Also, providing a supply and install time required of only 1-2 months.

Steel panels used are tested to BS4360/JIS3101 Grade SS400 and adhered to the highest standards for corrosion protection made in accordance to ISO and MS guidelines for water storage, providing equivalent solutions to conventional Reinforced Concrete(RC) Tanks, Glass-Fused/Lining Tanks, Epoxy-Coated Tanks, Lipp Double Fold System Tanks, Composite Stainless Steel Tanks etc.
Liquid Containment
Strategic use of containment systems with the usage of monolithic High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Double Walls, Polyurea Coatings, Stainless Steel Composites and other containment solutions, avoiding contact between stored liquids and steel panels, significantly increasing tank lifespan.
