Malstore Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian manufacturer of the Hot Dip Galvanized (HDG) Circular Steel Bolted Tank with High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Lining with approval from Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara (SPAN). Our water storage tank system uses materials and construction methods of proven performance and reliability to ensure durability and longevity of the tank. The MALSTORE tank is specially designed with the turn of the 21 st century to meet the demands of the local Jabatan Bekalan Air (JBAs), and our objective is to provide a maintenance free and long-lasting water storage system.

What We Do?

We Provide Water Storage Tank Solutions

by the manufacturing our new SPAN approved HDG Circular Steel Tanks with internal HDPE lining that is more effective than conventional and aging Reinforced Concrete (RC), Galvanised, Glass-Fused/ Epoxy coated and Double-Fold storage tank systems.

Tank Shell

Steel Bolted Panels are designed and tested to meet American Water Works Association Standards (AWWA D103-87). Each steel sheet is approximately 1.2m by 2.4m (4ft by 8 ft), with thickness ranging from 2.5mm to above 8mm depending on water tank dimensions.

Tank Coating

Steel Panels are designed and tested to BS4360/JIS3101 Grade SS400 and Hot Deep Galvanized (HDG) to BS729-High standards for corrosion protection made in accordance to SPAN & JBA standards, providing equivalent solutions to conventional Reinforced Concrete(RC) Tanks, Glass-Fused Tanks, Epoxy-Coated Tanks, Lipp-System Tanks etc.

Liquid Containment

Brand new method of containment with the usage of a monolithic High- Density Polyethylene (HDPE) lining, avoiding contact between water and steel, hence preventing corrosion from occurring.


Designed to provide maintenance free water storage tanks, where periodic maintenance is not required. A 10-Year Manufacturer Warranty comes with every water tank installed.


Proven concept used which are carried from countries with some of the harshest climates ie. Middle East, Australia.


Allowing for present water storage requirement, as well as possibility to allow for increased capacity via height increase etc. Also, providing a supply and install time required of only 1-2 months.
